General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, bookings, and activities provided by FunkyMunky Music. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payments

Payment is required at the start of sessions, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received.

Attendance & Supervision

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are fully responsible for supervising their child’s safety and behaviour during the session.

Please ensure your child does not climb on equipment or engage in unsafe play.

Health & Safety

Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell, especially with contagious illnesses. We may ask anyone displaying symptoms of illness to leave for the wellbeing of the group.

Please do not bring any food to sessions that contain nuts.

You agree to follow any safety instructions given by the session leader.

Personal Belongings

All belongings remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian. We cannot accept liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photos or short videos for promotional use. We will always seek verbal consent before including you or your child. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know at the start of the session. Please be mindful when taking your own photos — only capture your own child unless others have given permission.

Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour from adults or children may result in being asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse future entry if behaviour repeatedly breaches these expectations.

Changes to Sessions

We may occasionally need to adjust locations, or cancel sessions. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible via our FunkyMunky Music WhatsApp groups or social media.

Liability

Participation in activities is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries that occur due to lack of supervision or failure to follow safety guidance.

Data Protection

Personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
